| About Cancellations & Refunds | ||

If you cannot attend a networking event or meeting, please email us before 12 noon the day before the event.
For workshops or larger events we need at least 5 days notice to be able to offer a refund or transfer your payment to another event.
Refunds will be paid by cheque, although we charge a 20% admin fee which includes the non-refundable booking fee charged by PayPal.
We regret that payments are not transferable or refundable if we don't receive sufficient notice.
